The Principles & Performance (P&P) program is a structured, no-contact boxing curriculum developed by Jake Paul’s Boxing Bullies and USA Boxing. Each level builds skills in movement, mindset, and respect — empowering kids through mentorship, teamwork, and positive reinforcement.
The program is built around a wristband progression system — similar to earning karate belts — that rewards consistency, effort, and growth. Each color level represents a new stage of skill and mindset development, helping kids see their progress, celebrate milestones, and stay motivated as they advance through the program.
